Journey Story
Throughout her years in elementary school, Omoyemi was the leader and script writer for the school’s drama club and was popularly known for her presentation skills and public speaking. During High school and then Diploma, she wrote a bit of poetry and served as a publisher and columnist.
Across cultures and continents, she has worked with children living with different medical conditions and health challenges providing them with nutrition and a message of hope. As a survivor herself, she realizes that most, if not all of them have a story to tell…a unique one! however, a lot of these experiences remains as a burden with their truth hidden and bearing the brunt of unimaginable circumstances. A seed was planted.
While undergoing her own challenges of undiagnosed bleeding disorders and other lives travails, her passion to help others remains strong, using her lives’ encounter and experience as a Researcher in the Healthcare industry, she further lends a voice to the voiceless, a shoulder to the weary, and a peace haven with a clear understanding that indeed many stories remain truly unheard, if untold.
